Kiff Mowat, the owner of Davenport Homes, has always had a passion for homebuilding. His journey began in high school when his family was renovating their home, and he took on a summer job as a labourer. That experience sparked a lifelong commitment to the residential construction industry, where he now focuses on building high-quality homes that are within reach for as many people as possible. For Kiff, the most rewarding part of his work is seeing the joy a warm and inviting home brings to a family.
Beyond work, Kiff is an active member of the community, always ready to lend a hand - whether it's keeping neighbours informed about projects, offering home improvement advice, or even shovelling snowy sidewalks. When he’s not on-site, he enjoys mountain biking, hockey, and spending time with his wife, son, and their dog, Dexter. A proud North Vancouver native, Kiff is driven by a vision for the future of homebuilding and finds inspiration in continually improving his craft.
